If a part or semi-finished product is missing, we can use the help of a warehouseman. The warehouseman can supplement the missing elements at the station. Interestingly, we can use the SMART KEYBOARD as a transmitter because it is capable of sending up to 9,999 messages. We can put the name of the needed element under each number. Thanks to this, the warehouseman will quickly find out exactly what elements we need. For example, there may be a specific screw under number 1 and another item under number 2. In the case of a chain process, where one activity must be performed before the next one begins, information about the completed stage can be transmitted using various devices. For example, we can use a touch button to transmit signals about the completed stage.
For example, an employee at a given position can press a touch button after completing a given activity. Information about the completed stage can then be passed on to other stations in various ways:
Pager Modern Watch: When the touch button is pressed, the Watch will notify the employee via vibration and an on-screen message that the step has been completed.
Basic display at the station: Alternatively, a display can be installed at a given station, which will receive a signal about the completed stage. The display can show the appropriate number to the employee at a given position.
In this way, through the use of appropriate audio-visual communications, employees at various positions are informed about completed stages of the process, which enables a smooth transition to subsequent activities.
