Connect the base station to power. Initially, the device will perform an automatic self-test procedure, and then the power indicator will light up.
Press and hold the “ON/OFF Button” for 3 seconds on the right side of each receiver. Upon activation, the pager will vibrate and emit a sound three times. LED1 will start blinking at 3-second intervals, indicating that the pager is on and in standby mode. Place the pager in the charging slot. The pager will automatically vibrate and beep five times, after which the blue LED will start blinking, indicating charging mode.
When a customer places an order, the staff hands them a pager and records the pager number.
When the order is ready, the staff selects the appropriate order number on the base station. The order readiness notification is sent to the pager, which will emit a signal in the form of vibration/beeping/flashing for 5 minutes. After this period, only LED3 will continue to blink. Press the “ON/OFF Button” or place the pager in the charging slot to reset the receiver to standby mode.
The customer returns the receiver to the staff. The staff places the pager in the charging slot of the base station.
During receiver charging, press its number on the keyboard, and the LEDs on the receiver will confirm its position in the base.
During daily operations, the receivers are kept on at all times. If not used for an extended period (after closing the establishment), please turn off the receivers.
For prolonged periods of inactivity, ensure the receivers are charged and verify they are fully charged before handing them to a customer.
The receiver must be paired with the base station before use. How to perform pairing? See the “Pairing Operation” section below.
Notes: To perform the pairing operation, the label must be removed. The pairing button is covered under the label.
When the receiver’s voltage is lower than DC3.2V, it has low power. LED1 will light up and the pager will start to vibrate, indicating that the receiver needs to be charged. Place the receiver in the charging slot. The blue LED will start to blink.
Once fully charged, the LED will emit a steady light.
