What was the challenge, and what solution did we implement?

Patients at UCK Gdańsk had to wait outside the doctor’s offices, often not knowing when their turn would come. Calling out names by nurses was inefficient and led to delays when a patient didn’t hear the announcement.

To address these issues, we introduced the Pager Pulse System, which significantly improved organization and comfort for both patients and staff. Upon arrival at the reception, the patient receives a Pager Pulse from the receptionist. This allows them to freely go for a coffee or take care of other matters, such as scheduling an appointment in another department.

When it’s their turn, the receptionist uses the Keypad Smart to call the appropriate patient. The Pager Pulse vibrates and emits a sound, notifying the patient that it’s time for their appointment. This simple and intuitive solution has greatly improved the communication process.

REGISTRATION

Upon the patient’s arrival, assigns a Pager Pulse and then calls them using the Keypad Smart.

PATIENTS

When it’s time for the appointment, patients receive a vibration and an audio signal on their Pager Pulse.

  • Increased patient comfort: Thanks to the pagers, patients no longer have to wait in the waiting room, reducing their stress and sense of waiting. They can wait in other areas of the facility, making the waiting time more comfortable.
  • Optimization of medical staff time: Nurses no longer need to go out into the hallway to call patients, allowing them to focus on other tasks. The pager system simplifies communication with patients, saving time.

I've been using buttons and a watch with one amp for several years.
They work perfectly, the range is a revelation, the working time after charging the battery in the watch and on the batteries in the buttons is correct.
Support from the company - a revelation, immediately :) :) :), because recently only the charging cable needed to be replaced, and recently the belt clip (they just wore out).
